Job Description
This role will be venue and head office based.
Job type: Full Time
Salary: Competitive
As our Learning and Development Manager you will design implement and oversee L&D strategies that support employee engagement skill development and career growth. You will work closely with leaders across the business to ensure training aligns with organisational goals and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a company-wide learning and development strategy
- Conduct training needs analysis and align programs to business priorities
- Design and deliver engaging in-house training programs workshops and e-learning modules
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs and feedback
- Manage relationships with external training providers and partners
- Support talent management leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Champion a culture of learning inclusion and performance improvement
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a similar L&D role
- Have a strong service lead background (restaurants and hotels)
- Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design
- Experience with digital learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think strategically and deliver operationally
