Job Description:
The Tactical Communications SW engineering group is looking for highly motivated individuals to expand its team of embedded waveform SW engineers to work on a collection of modern tactical military radios for DoD and Allied market space. These radios can be either single or multi-channel and support multiple modern mobile ad-hoc networking or line-of-sight waveforms. The candidate will work in a team environment; lead design and develop software components required to implement networking and waveform features on software defined radios. The candidate will participate in an Agile software development environment and be responsible for all aspects of software development and test. Work consists of making significant improvements of processes systems solutions or products to enhance performance of job area. The candidate will provide input into new products processes standards and/or operational plans that will have measurable impact on the achievement of overall function or business results.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in New Jersey is $132000 - $245000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
