Job Description

LCOR is currently seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team in Chesterbrook PA from August 2025 to November 2025 to assist with the creation development and coordination of a wide range of digital and traditional marketing projects. This position will observe and assist the marketing department daily with an emphasis on social media and events coordination promotional material/collateral etc. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus. The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a creative innovative team in a fast-paced environment while working on various projects simultaneously. This is a paid internship program (part time a few days a week) that offers students or recent graduates the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the real estate industry.

Main Job Functions:

  1. Locate new digital avenues to find residents by marketing to existing and new competitors.
  2. Customize materials messages and other marketing sources for resident and potential resident functions.
  3. Assist with execution of photo and video shoots for LCOR properties.
  4. Participate in market research campaign planning execution and brainstorming sessions.
  5. Maintain thorough product knowledge of our communities and competitors.
  6. Other additional duties as assigned.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and implement social strategy including content creation execution etc.
  2. Collaborate with internal LCOR marketing team to assist with ongoing tasks and observe daily functions.
  3. Produce valuable and engaging content for properties including on-site activities/launch events photography videography building interior and exterior photography shoots lifestyle shoots etc. along with print/digital collateral when necessary.
  4. Help manage social media accounts.
  5. Tracking and analyzing the performance of organic social media efforts.
  6. Develop strategies and tactics with the team to get qualified traffic.
  7. Travel domestically to facilitate events and capture content on an as needed basis.

Job Requirements:

1-3 years of marketing coursework relevant to marketing. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign Illustrator Photoshop). Experience in Microsoft Office. Experience with creating online content marketing and social media development strategies. Social analytic experience is preferred. Capacity to prioritize projects work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Possession of strong communication skills with ability to remain open to constructive feedback. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced marketing team.
