Leidos Defense Systems Persistent Surveillance Portfolio is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team. We are seeking a highly technical Program Manager to join our team supporting the Persistent Surveillance Portfolio. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of radar technologies systems engineering and program execution. As the Technical Program Manager you will work closely with the engineering team to ensure the successful execution of the program meeting all technical schedule and cost objectives.

Primary Responsibilities
Lead the planning execution and delivery of radar S&T projects in support of the Persistent Surveillance Portfolios continued growth and product improvement.
Coordinate with the customer and across engineering supply chain production and quality teams to meet program milestones.
Serve as the primary interface with customers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical and programmatic objectives.
Manage cost schedule and performance against contract requirements using industry-standard project management tools (e.g. IMS).
Oversee technical risk management and issue resolution across radar systems and supporting subsystems (RF signal processing software etc.).
Develop and present program status updates and technical briefings to internal leadership and external customers.
Support proposal development including cost estimates technical approach and program schedules
