(2) ConferencingSpecialEventsAmenitySpaceSupport:

(3) Groundskeeping&BuildingSupport:
- Organizeandassistwithseasonalsetup/teardownofterracesandexterioramenityspaces.
- Police outdoor areas and exterior structures such as parking garage ensuring spaces are clean and . Report issues or damage as necessary and follow up with various stakeholders through resolution.
- Removaloftrashandreplacinglinersinexteriortrashreceptacles.
- Assistwithgraffitiandvandalismremovalasneeded.
- Generalsweepingpowerwashingandtrashremoval.
- Ensureirrigationsystemshosespigotsandotherwatersourcesarefunctioningandregularly inspectforvisibledamage/ grass as needed.
- Assistwithseasonalupkeepofsaltingandsnowremoval

(4) Office&RelocationSupport:
- Helps to coordinate and assist with employee relocation requests as requests can be the Space Management team on specific details regarding relocations.
