About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Swedish to join our team. This remote position is open to candidates based in Porto Portugal. In this role you will provide outstanding support to customers addressing their needs and resolving their inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers through email chat and phone assisting with product service and general inquiries.
- Deliver accurate information and effective solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Accurately record and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a positive professional attitude while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

- Fluency in Swedish (native or near-native level).
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
