Job Overview

The Customer Support Executive role at Redcliffe Labs is a full-time position based in Gurgaon. This position is ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience looking to start their careers in customer service. The selected candidate will be part of a rapidly growing team contributing to exceptional customer service and engagement. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive interaction and satisfaction with services offered. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in handling inbound customer communications addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally to customers.
  • Strong conflict resolution abilities to handle disputes or issues and resolve them in a customer-centric manner.
  • Experience or ability in customer handling ensuring every customer receives a high standard of service.
  • Familiarity with BPO environments and processes facilitating a smooth transition into the role.
  • Voice process experience to assist in understanding and delivering efficient customer service over the phone.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound queries and customer communications efficiently ensuring all service levels are met.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
  • Provide detailed information about Redcliffe Labs services and tests to customers fostering brand trust.
  • Assist clients with booking appointments and answering any inquiries regarding diagnostics services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure seamless follow-up and service enhancement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality continuously.
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives providing feedback to enhance service delivery processes.
