Salary - National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from 52400 to 61800 and London 57700 to 68000.00 per annum (Salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

What will you be doing
Lead the thoughtful delivery of intelligence across complex topics ensuring sensitive insights are shared responsibly with both internal and external partners to support critical decision-making
Craft high-quality insight-driven intelligence products for a broad range of stakeholders demonstrating diligence curiosity and a commitment to excellence
Champion and own projects that strengthen team effectivenessdriving progress with a collaborative mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
Serve as a trusted advisor on financial crime and intelligence offering expert guidance with clarity and confidence to empower colleagues and partners alike
Build and nurture strong values-based relationshipsamplifying the FCAs intelligence impact through inclusive transparent engagement
Support and uplift colleagues through coaching mentoring and pastoral care while stepping into leadership roles with flexibility empathy and purpose

Minimum
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes with autonomy and trust
Prior experience of line management or demonstrable involvement in mentoring coaching or supporting colleagues in a team setting
Previous use of financial intelligence systems Moneyweb ARENA JARD and handling of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) including understanding of AML legislation within financial services
Essential
Demonstrable experience in synthesising complex intelligence from diverse sources to deliver well-judged insights communicated with clarity and confidence both in writing and in person
Proven ability to manage competing priorities with composure and purpose escalating where needed and ensuring that the work reflects care focus and resilience
A confident and compassionate leader with experience in managing and developing people creating space for growth feedback and wellbeing through supportive line management or mentoring
Trusted in the secure handling and stewardship of sensitive information using appropriate tools and safeguarding protocols to protect confidentiality while enabling impact
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building bringing emotional intelligence and a collaborative approach to every interaction internally and externally
Comfortable working with pace and ambiguity embracing change with a growth mindset and contributing new ideas that drive inclusive meaningful progress
Technical capability in intelligence practices including OSINT/SOCMINT techniques and a working knowledge of relevant legislation FSMA MLRs GDPR underpinning a well-informed ethical approach
Confidence in stepping forwardleading projects representing the team at forums and advocating for excellence and values-led change across the intelligence landscape
