In this role youll:
- Inspire and guide a dedicated team
- Design and deliver programs aligned with participants NDIS goals
- Foster strong participant engagement and family relationships
- Lead service coordination compliance and continuous improvement
- Champion quality inclusion and operational excellence
What you bring:
- Leadership experience in disability community health or education
- Excellent communication collaboration and organisational skills
