Job Description
We are looking for aShipping and Receiving Coordinatorwho will be responsible for providing administrative planning support to the Operations General Foreman.

Key Responsibilities:
- Entering deliveries and returns into the inventory management software.
- Making routine orders for lumber fasteners and other consumable items.
- Completing a daily Employee Intervention System safety review.
- Assisting walk-in customers with orders.
- Scheduling deliveries and pickups of equipment and materials.
- Handling routine paperwork needed to enable ongoing operations.
- Assisting with annual inventory and preparation for annual inventory.
- Bringing daily timecards to the office manager for review.
- Entering outgoing consumables on the consumables spreadsheet.
- Assist with the branch inside sales operation as directed.
- Assist with scheduling equipment deliveries and pickups.
- Assist with maintaining vehicle maintenance and repair records.
- Other duties as directed by Regional Operations General Foreman.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook e-mail and calendar functions.
- Experience using basic formulas in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with scheduling software.
- Experience in customer-facing rolesretail sales waiter/waitress cashier.
- Experience in shipping/receiving/warehouse operations.
- Comfort communicating by telephone.
BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical dental vision life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $27.00- $29.00hourly. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
