This job is based in Cluj-Napoca Romania.
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Communicate daily with customers via phone and email.
- Accurately process customer orders confirm pricing and book in our ERP system.
- Coordinate with production to confirm or optimize lead times.
- Manage customer orders from entry through to delivery and invoicing including global logistics.
- Assist Sales Offices and redirect inquiries to relevant departments when needed.
- Handle various administrative tasks related to customer files and documentation.
- Collaborate with departments such as marketing logistics application engineering and quality.
- Monitor and allocate requests received via our eCommerce platform.
For This Role You Will Need:
- 2 years of experience in international sales customer service logistics or transportation.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Basic technical knowledge.
- Keen focus on detail and strong communication capabilities.
