This job is based in Cluj-Napoca Romania.


We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Communicate daily with customers via phone and email.
  • Accurately process customer orders confirm pricing and book in our ERP system.
  • Coordinate with production to confirm or optimize lead times.
  • Manage customer orders from entry through to delivery and invoicing including global logistics.
  • Assist Sales Offices and redirect inquiries to relevant departments when needed.
  • Handle various administrative tasks related to customer files and documentation.
  • Collaborate with departments such as marketing logistics application engineering and quality.
  • Monitor and allocate requests received via our eCommerce platform.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • 2 years of experience in international sales customer service logistics or transportation.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Basic technical knowledge.
  • Keen focus on detail and strong communication capabilities.
