WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

Wereseeking aFront-EndSoftware Engineerwith deepexpertiseinAngularand modern front-end development practices to help shape the user experience of our web product was originally designed for running on-premises with clientsutilizinghardwareresources beingavailable 24/7. As we are moving our business model towards being a SaaS provider and based on Microsoft Azure we need to re-implement our core platform to be efficient on dynamic Azure infrastructure and with a relentless focus on the cost part of anew engineeringteam inthe Transactions& Private Debtproduct area contributing to everything from architecture andcomponentdesign to performance and accessibility andresponsiblefor delivering functionality that enables clients to make investment decisions with our back-office applications.

The Transactions & Private Debt product area consists of four teams each with four to seven software engineers across several geographical locations.

The new team willmainly consistof team members on-site in Noida and asFront-EndSoftware Engineeryou will therefore work closely together with other team members both on-site in Noida as well as with team members from other locations (in Europe)

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Develop andmaintainhigh-quality front-end applications usingAngularJS.

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable reusable UI components andfrontendarchitecture.

• Collaborate withthe teamdesigners and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Test and deploy applications and systems.

• Ensure code quality through automated testing code reviews and performance optimization.

• Drive technical discussions and decision-making aligned with long-term business goals.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of our development processes.

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

WHAT WE VALUE

• 5 years of experience in front-end development with a focus onAngular(v10).

• Strong command ofJavaScript TypeScript HTML and CSS/SASS.

• Experience building responsive accessible and mobile-friendly web applications.

• Solid understanding of APIs state management and browser performance tuning.

• Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack NX Angular CLI) and version control (Git).

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledgeof C# .NETand object-oriented design principles is a plus.

• Hands on with any unit testing framework (Junit Mockito JESTetc).

• Good to have knowledge on Ag-GridDevExtreme.

• Experience ofworking in an Azure environment.

• Experience working in an international setting with people from manydifferent cultures.

• Positiveand constructive approach you bring a smile and positive vibes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• You care about your team and care about having an enjoyable working environment.

• Extensive communication skills and fluency in English (speaking and writing).
