CommScope is looking to add a Senior QA Engineer to our RUCKUS team based in Bengaluru INDIA.
How Youll Help Us Connect the World:
CommScopes RUCKUS ICX team is now re-defining switching architecture and design with a move towards state sharing architecture and platform independent software that can run efficiently on multicore CPUs and on multiple networking Senior Quality Assurance Engineer/Tester will work on developing and implementing test plans and automated tests for new features new hardware and functionality of the RUCKUS ICX products.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
BE/ME in Computer Science Other Engineering/ Technical Degree
Candidate must have hands-on exp. in developing Gen AI tools for test automation/test planning and test script reviews
Candidate must have hands-on exp in one or more of the technology areas of Enterprise product (Platform stacking)Platform and new hardware bring up testing
Link testing (10G/2.5G/1G copper and fiber ports 100GF40GF and 25GF ports)
Optics testing and qualification and media management including optical monitoring
PoE Power over HDBaseT (PoH)
Alarms LED Install and upgrade Hardware Monitoring Link Fault Signaling link dampening.
EEE(Energy Efficient Ethernet) PTP breakout.
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
Working experience with 3 to 6 years in highly technical roles in test engineering or enterprise services at large organizations or innovative startups
Hands on experience in automation with Python scripting languages and robot framework
Hands on experience in using Spirent Test Center traffic generators
Experience with Test plan preparation.
Exposure to issue reproduction root cause analysis and testing. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
It is important for the candidate to be able to understand feature requirements and translate to test cases and test automation
Experience with Customer engagements (both proactive and reactive)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
