Project Services is a new centralised function within Ventias Telecommunications sector that unifies three specialist teams Process Systems & Governance; Subcontractor Enablement; and Land Access & Stakeholder Engagement into a single cohesive hub
Project Services will enhance operational effectiveness governance and efficiency across the Telecommunications division. The Data Analyst role is essential to the achievement of these goals providing critical insights robust analytical support and accurate reporting that inform strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
The Data Analyst role is responsible for the collection analysis interpretation and presentation of data to support operational excellence decision-making and strategic alignment within Ventias Telecommunications division.
What youll be doing:
- Manage collate and report on data from Power BI SAP and multiple internal systems
- Conduct detailed analyses of operational data to identify trends patterns and insights.
- Use statistical methods and analytical tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance analytical processes reporting efficiency and data utilisation.
- Regularly communicate data-driven insights to management and operational teams
About you
- Extensive experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau
- Strong analytical statistical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the telecommunications sector (Desirable) and or similar infrastructure service sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate complex analytical findings.
