Your new role
In your new role you will be supporting better outcomes for children young people and their families through delivering evidence-based and outcome-focused intervention to families experiencing vulnerability.
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
Inspire and manage a skilled team of Family Coaches driving staff recruitment development and adherence to best-practice frameworks.
Deliver and Oversee Quality Service Delivery
Oversee and provide direct support services ensuring safety impact and client-centered outcomes through coordinated planning and service evaluation.
Build Strategic Partnerships and Drive Community Engagement
Foster strong internal and external relationships lead community development initiatives and champion collaboration to enhance early intervention and integrated care.
About you

- You have a qualification in Social Work Psychology Child & Family Social Welfare or a related discipline.
- You have skills and knowledge from working in child and family services family violence AOD mental health and/or disability services.
- You understand the impact of trauma and family violence on families and have the ability to apply a gendered family violence lens when working with clients.
