About the role
The Brand & Campaigns Team exists to position and govern our brand to build trust & value with customers. As part of this team the Brand TL is responsible for executing brand campaigns across owned and paid channels to drive an uplift in brand health and achieve business outcomes. Youll lead a team of 3 social media & marketing professionals and work to embed our brand positioning key waterwise campaigns & implement our social media strategy to build brand love.

Your skills and experience
There are a few things that well look for in your CV.
Youre a brand or campaign manager with experience managing & motivating a small team. You understand all the elements that make up a marketing mix both traditional and digital and how to apply these consistently across every customer touch point to positively influence community perceptions. Youre well known for your collaborative approach and ability to develop strong relationships both with your internal stakeholders and external agency partners. You use your technical campaign knowledge to translate internal briefs and feedback into actionable steps that drive real business outcomes.
