Job Title: Call Center Representative Onsite in Newark NJ
Pay Rate:

  • $16.50/hour
  • $17.50/hour for bilingual candidates

Training Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (2 weeks)

Work Schedule (Post-Training):

  • Must be available to work a fluctuating schedule within the following hours:
    • MondayFriday: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
    • Saturday Sunday and holidays: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
  • 40-hour work week

Requirements:

  • Must have prior call center experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone using standard scripts and procedures
  • Research and resolve customer issues through written and verbal communication
  • Log all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Provide timely and appropriate solutions to customer concerns
  • Conduct needs analysis and inform customers of available services and resources
  • Maintain adherence to schedule including punctuality and appropriate use of time
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable punctual and adaptable to a flexible schedule
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
