About the Position
The Deputy Director of Human Resources will support the Human Resources Director in managing the day-to-day HR operations. This is a blended hands-on role: resolves employee relations matters leads performance management efforts reviews class and compensation issues advises on benefits and leave administration payroll and workers compensation. Plays a key role in mentoring team members and providing HR assistance to Assemblymembers and legislative staff.
