Job Description

The Scion Group is the leader in student living and were seeking an experienced Manager Total Rewards to join the People team in executing our shared vision. The ideal candidate is a proactive strategic hands-on self-starter who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include administering benefit and retirement plans managing open enrollment assisting with annual merit and bonus process and payroll. The Manager Total Rewards leads a team of two and reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer. This is a five day per week in-office opportunity.

Your Benefits

The base salaryrange for this full-time position is $120000-$130000 bonus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
