POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Business IT Healthcare Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in at least two of the three domains; 5 years in a leadership role.
- Prosci Lean Six Sigma ITIL or BPMN certifications strongly preferred.
- Proven success driving cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
- Strong communication facilitation and executive presence.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and exercise a high degree of discretion and independent judgment
- Possess strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to prioritize multiple job responsibilities and exercise critical thinking skills
- Ability to interface with Senior Leadership and other staff
LOCATION:
This position will be remote or onsite at an Empath Health office or Remote/Hybrid.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
GOVERNANCE (30%)
- Establish enterprise governance structures across transformation initiatives.
- Define policies decision rights escalation paths and compliance measures.
- Facilitate executive steering committee operations and governance cadence.
- Ensure alignment of IT business operations and digital investments with strategic goals.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT (30%)
- Develop and execute enterprise change management strategies based on Prosci or similar frameworks.
- Lead change impact assessments stakeholder engagement plans and adoption strategies.
- Embed change management within project and portfolio lifecycles.
- Measure change readiness and adoption success across initiatives.
BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT (30%)
- Stand up a Center of Excellence (CoE) for BPM using Lean Six Sigma or similar principles.
- Standardize process modeling documentation and optimization practices.
- Identify automation candidates and partner with technology teams on RPA AI or workflow tools.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives tied to performance and transformation metrics.
CROSS FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP & STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT (10%)
- Serve as a strategic partner across departments including Clinical Operations HR Finance and Digital Health.
- Support enterprise planning efforts and the translation of strategy into executable programs and initiatives.
- Align governance change and process practices to strategic priorities such as the MSO transformation and digital modernization.
- Establish shared KPIs and drive transparency across departmental change and process outcomes.
- Participate in or lead transformation programs requiring multi-stakeholder engagement and organizational alignment.
