We are a privately-held independent metal fabrication company that produces components used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide products and services that meet our customers needs in a timely fashion with the highest level of quality and value.
Our capabilities are constantly expanding and currently include metal stamping laser cutting brake forming tubular stamped components CNC and Swiss machined parts wire forms thread rolling weldments and integrated assemblies. Our modern facility includes a complete in-house tool and die department and fastener distributorship.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY
The 2nd shift Production Manager directly supervise 2nd shift employees and operations to achieve production performance and quality objectives.
2nd shift: 3pm-1am Monday to Thursday
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with scheduling team to prioritize shop floor flow to maximize production capacity
- Reduce setup time and production through process improvements
- Trains and coach employees to achieve maximum productivity
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 years of manufacturing and metalworking experience (stamping machining and/or fabrication)
- Supervisory experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Positive can do attitude
THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- A certificate from college or technical school
- Punch press CNC machining and/or brake press set up experience
- CNC programing experience

This is a full time position in the competitive and challenging metal manufacturing field. The pay range/rate of pay for this position may vary depending on a number of factors including but not limited to the position offered location education training and/or experience.
