Job Description
Linde Corporation is currently seeking reliable and motivated Construction Laborers to become a part of our team. Qualifications
- Ability to traverse up and down inclined surfaces
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- A willingness to occasionally work long hours atypical hours or weekends
- Strong initiative (self-starter) problem-solving and communication skills and attention to detail
- Effectively using heavy and light equipment depending on the job / assisgnment
- Work in a variety of weather conditions
- Perform tasks in a professional and safe manner
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations decrease turnaround times streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless service
- Must be willing to travel to project sites that may include out of town projects
- Be able to take instructions from supervision on site and carry out tasks as instructed unsupervised with safety in mind
- Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training which we provide

Requirements
- Pass pre-employment random post-accident and reasonable suspicion drug screens
- Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
- Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record is preferred
- Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test
