Are you a Speech Language Pathologist whos passionate about giving older adults the power to communicate connect and thrive At Symbria were hiring a full-time SLP at University Place and this isnt just a job. Responsibilities
As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
What Youll Do:
Develop and implement creative personalized treatment plans
Help patients achieve meaningful progress in speech cognition and swallowing
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver top-tier care
Educate patients and families while advocating for their goals
Maintain productivity and complete documentation all while keeping outcomes front and center
Qualifications
Degree from an accredited SLP program
Valid (or pending) state license in Indiana
Experience in acute long-term or rehab settings is helpful but your passion and purpose matter most
