Job Description
Are you looking to grow your career in the automotive industry with one of Memphis leading dealerships Acura of Memphis is hiring a full-time Service BDC Representative to join our busy Service Department. We are seeking a reliable professional and client-focused individual who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do:
Answer incoming service department phone calls
Provide excellent customer service and assist with Acura service appointment scheduling
Take accurate messages and direct calls to the appropriate team members
Make outbound calls to follow up with clients after their service visits
Ensure clients are satisfied and address any concerns
Scan and organize service invoices and documents
Support Service Advisors and Service Manager with clerical tasks
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service BDC call center or automotive service department preferred
Professional phone skills and a positive attitude
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask in a busy service environment
Proficient with computers and willing to learn dealership software (training provided)
Dependable punctual and committed to excellent client care
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekends off!
