Were seeking a Full-Time Environmental Services Manager in Plymouth MN who shares our commitment to excellence and integrity in senior care.
This onsite role offers a unique chance to be a pivotal part of our community ensuring a beautiful functional and welcoming environment for our residents. Youll be compensated with a competitive salary of $64000 - $68000 for your vital contributions. This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus.

As our Environmental Services Manager youll be on the front lines directly impacting the daily lives of our residents. Youll lead a passionate team manage all building maintenance (from apartment turns to minor electrical repairs painting etc) and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Your keen eye for detail and hands-on approach will ensure The Waters is a place everyone proudly calls home.
Your essential skills and experience:
- Leadership: At least 2 years in a supervisory role with proven ability to lead and motivate environmental services and housekeeping teams.
- Maintenance Expertise: Minimum 3 years in building maintenance ideally within hospitality or senior living with technical capability in plumbing minor electrical and general repairs.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent customer service and communication skills for interacting with residents staff and vendors and participating in budget discussions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical college or 4-year degree is a plus.
