Make a difference as a Dining Room Coordinator

As a Full Time Dining Room Coordinator at The Waters Senior Living you will play a pivotal role in hiring training and providing leadership to our dedicated serving staff. Under the guidance of the Director of Dining Services you will actively participate in daily operations managing service and coordinating cleaning efforts to uphold our high standards. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all front-of-house operations ensuring each resident and guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Working collaboratively with kitchen staff you will share responsibilities to guarantee exceptional service while interacting with residents and guests daily to foster connection and community. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will be crucial in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our core values of empathy and excellence.


Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • High school diploma or GED or the equivalent education
  • training

  • Minimum of two (2) years restaurant / senior living or equivalent serving and staff management

  • Valid Food Services Sanitation Certificate or ability to pass course once employed
