Allied is looking for a User Experience Partner to join our team in Toronto.

What will you do
Assist in the management of all users dealing with day-to-day questions and concerns including billing issues accounts receivable (AR) accounts payable (AP) vendor purchase orders (PO) lease administration user requests service amenities and telecommunications among others.
Maintain track and report on service contracts and fee schedules.
Manage parking processes including parking agreements maintain tracker ensuring compliance and resolving issues.
Provide accurate and timely AR and AP reporting.
Assist with the development of asset plans.
Assist with the coordination of Allieds ESG initiatives
Assist with the day-to-day management of properties and coordination of vendor work.
Liaise with Technical Services team members to ensure user concerns are addressed in a timely manner and service levels are maintained.
Collaborate on user appreciation ideas and events waste reduction initiatives and tenant survey requirements.
Provide excellent customer service to all users vendors and colleagues.
Build strong relationships with users through regular interactions and Allieds User Engagement Program.
Ensure timely completion of all property related information requests and filing.
Assist during emergencies and keep emergency plans up to date.
Assist Property teams with user focused communications projects and programs.
Embody and support Allieds safety and security program.
Other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for
At least 2 years customer service hospitality or administrative experience.
Previous Yardi experience an asset.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication and people skills including a proven ability to build relationships.
Strong computer skills with excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player attitude.
