Are you an experienced HR professional who excels in operational delivery within a fast-paced customer-focused environment Were looking for aSenior People Advisorto join our Worley Power Services People Team based in South Melbourne. In this key frontline role you will act as a trusted Business Partner to our operational leaders providing proactive and solution focused support. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with stakeholders across a diverse and dynamic workforce spanning multiple power generation sites across Australia.

What youll do
- Partner with operational leaders across multiple sites to deliver responsive effective HR support.
- Manage complex employee relations matters with confidence and commercial awareness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers coaching them to ensure successful delivery of all people related activities.
- Work closely with the People Manager to implement strategic HR business plans and policy development aligned with business goals.
- Workplace relations including Enterprise Agreement interpretation and implementation.
- Navigate and influence within a multi-stakeholder environment often juggling competing priorities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure integrated HR service delivery and a seamless employee experience.
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement wellbeing and inclusion.
- Mentor and support junior HR team members to foster collaboration and professional development.
What youll have
- Previous experience in a Senior People Advisor or HR Business Partnering role within an infrastructure facilities or service provider environment.
- Excellent understanding of the operational challenges of managing a dispersed workforce.
- Skilled at building strong relationships with multiple decision makers and adapting your approach accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic high-pressure environment.
- Strong understanding of employee and industrial relations.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Good analytical capability to assist with workforce solutions and business goals.
- Qualification in human resources or related fields.
- Exposure to the power generation industry (a plus).
