Step into a pivotal role with our EMEA Regional Controls team where your contributions will resonate across all lines of business and functions in the region. As a Regional Control Management Associate youll be at the heart of governance driving impactful initiatives and fostering continuous improvement. This is your chance to shape processes and ensure effective control frameworks making a significant difference in our operations.

As a Regional Control Management Associate in the EMEA Regional Controls team you will have key governance secretariat responsibilities for various formal control governance committees within EMEA run by our EMEA Location Control Managers (LCMs). You will support the LCMs to ensure the governance framework operates efficiently with ongoing reviews for effectiveness. Your role will involve identifying designing delivering and managing projects focused on process improvement and control-related initiatives. Together we strive to enhance our governance framework and drive meaningful change.

Job Responsibilities

  • Initiate the coordination for the gathering of submissions from various lines of business and functional group representatives across Europe Middle East and Africa
  • Collate the committee materials ensuring the timely and high quality presentation in readiness for location control managers to review
  • Identify opportunities for refining and enhancing the process where possible to create positive change
  • Work as a team with the other secretariats in a dynamic and collaborative environment to ensure appropriate coverage of Control Committees
  • Identify own and manage control and process improvements
  • Coordinate project management scorecard updates and chairing of project working groups where required
  • Manage the secretariat responsibilities the SharePoint and maintaining the correct dates participants and submitters for the Control Committees.
  • Prepare and distributing accurate and timely meeting minutes for the various control committees

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Strong personality and team player able to partner closely with peers who share the responsibility of the governance secretariat across the whole of EMEA
  • Highly motivated energetic self-starter who takes ownership
  • Good organizational skills - manages & prioritizes multiple tasks and high focus on quality
  • Investigative mind-set able to see issues at both a high-level and in detail and understand applicability across the business
  • Strong analytical problem solving & process re-engineering skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Good judgment maturity and poise to identify risks and escalate where required

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Previous experience in Controls would be beneficial
  • Excellent Excel Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Confident communicating with and influencing stakeholders where appropriate
