D&IT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS ANALYST
What this position is about - Purpose:

We are looking for an IT Data Analytics Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. This role is essential in managing and optimizing data pipelines analytics solutions and reporting systems to support key business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure efficient data processing integration and visualization.
If you have experience with Azure data services (Azure Data Lake Azure SQL Synapse Analytics) SQL Power BI and data pipeline management this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced data-driven environment.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze large datasets using Microsoft Azure data services to support business decision-making
- Design build and maintain data pipelines and architecture within Azure
- Develop data models that support functional business requirements
- Identify design and implement process improvements for data workflows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and support their data infrastructure needs
- Ensure data integrity security and compliance across different systems
- Assist in data visualization and reporting using Power BI or other BI tools
- Work closely with IT and business teams to optimize data-driven solutions and provide support for existing applications/solutions.
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in data analytics data engineering or business intelligence.
- Bachelors or masters degree in data science statistics mathematics or computer science
- Hands-on experience with Azure data services (ADF Azure Data Lake Azure SQL Synapse Analytics).
- Proven experience in designing and maintaining ETL processes using SSIS and SQL. Familiarity with data warehouse principles and best practices for data integration
- Strong analytical skills particularly in working with structured and unstructured data.
- Experience with big data tools (e.g. Spark)
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Python or similar tools for data manipulation and automation.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus
- Ability to learn/adopt to new technologies and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving analytical thinking and project management skills.
- Collaborative mindset and Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
