Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Executive - Last Mile to join our Supply Chain department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in managing last mile operations and logistics. The Operations Executive - Last Mile will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize last mile delivery operations to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers
- Coordinate with delivery drivers and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes
- Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline last mile delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce delivery costs and improve delivery efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to last mile delivery operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in last mile delivery operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software
