Untersttzung der Debitorenbuchhaltung im laufenden Geschftsbetrieb und bei vorbereitenden Buchhaltungsaufgaben
Mitwirkung bei der Verbuchung von Zahlungseingngen und der Klrung offener Posten
Mithilfe bei der Pflege der Debitorenstammdaten
Beteiligung an der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlssen
Mitwirkung bei spannenden Projekten und Sonderthemen (z.B. Prozessoptimierung Systemmigration)
Was du mitbringst
Immatrikuliert als Student:in in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Excel
Analytisches prozessorientiertes Denkvermgen sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Hohe Zahlenaffinitt und selbststndige Arbeitsweise
Einsatzfreude und Teamfhigkeit
Sichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Wir im Team Accounting sind Spezialist:innen fr alle Themen rund um Buchhaltung und Rechnungswesen und das fr alle Statista-Gesellschaften weltweit. Ob bei der Verbuchung von Ausgangs- und Eingangsrechnungen der Bildung von Rckstellungen der Aktivierung von Vermgensgegenstnden oder der Bearbeitung kniffliger Bilanzierungsfragestellungen nach IFRS und HGB wir behalten jederzeit den berblick und sorgen fr die reibungslose Erstellung der Monats-/Quartals- und Jahresabschlsse. Nebenbei sind wir in spannende Projekte im Rahmen von IT- und Buchfhrungsoptimierungen involviert und arbeiten eng mit unserem Controlling der Steuerabteilung dem Forderungsmanagement und dem Konzernrechnungswesen zusammen.
