About the Role
Ventia is looking for a strategic and experiencedAsset Lifecycle Planning Leadto join our Defence & Social Infrastructure (D&SI) Asset Management team.
In this pivotal role you will lead the development and execution of asset lifecycle strategies ensuring optimal performance cost-efficiency and compliance across our asset portfolio. Youll guide a team of asset managers and planners driving long-term planning and continuous improvement aligned with Ventias strategic goals.
This is a permanent full-time position based in our Cremorne head office.

About You
You are a forward-thinking asset management professional with:
- A bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Management Supply Chain Management or a related field (Masters degree and certifications like ISO 55000 or PMP are a plus)
- 5 years of experience in asset lifecycle planning or management ideally in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of asset management software and lifecycle planning tools
- Excellent strategic thinking data analysis and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
