The Workforce Analytics Capability and Strategy section has three main functions:
This position involves supporting the department in its decision making and compliance capabilities by ensuring people data is both accurate and accessible this includes the developing of new reports and ways of reporting to adapt the team to changing environments and resources. This involves working with stakeholders to further understand reporting and analytical needs and learning to anticipate these needs effectively. This role guides the strategic role of the team within the department and seeks to enable a culture of innovation whilst maintaining data privacy and security.
What will you do
This position supports the branch direction by enhancing digital and data literacy and providing meaningful data to support decisions which ultimately end up affecting staff.

The successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate their capability against the Executive Level 1 Work level standards.
The successful candidate for this role will possess high levels of proficiency in Microsoft Excel Power BI and have experience in reporting from SAP.
