Job Responsibilities:
- Provide live chat support to patients and individuals seeking assistance for addiction treatment at Phoenix House.
- Respond to inquiries provide information and offer support in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Assist in guiding individuals towards appropriate services and resources available at Phoenix House.
- Maintain accurate records of chat conversations and follow-up actions taken.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Empathy and understanding towards individuals struggling with addiction.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficiency in using live chat software and basic computer skills.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service or crisis intervention preferred.
- Understanding of addiction treatment and recovery processes is a plus.
- Experience working in a healthcare or social services setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $25 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $35 per hour
