We are looking for a passionate experienced Property Manager to lead a modern amenity-rich Milwaukee-area community with vision strategy and heart.

This urban mid-rise property blends the convenience of downtown living with a strong neighborhood feel. Its residents range from young professionals and city-savvy retirees to small families seeking style comfort and connection. With thoughtfully designed homes vibrant common spaces and a resident-first approach this community offers the perfect platform for a dedicated leader to make a lasting impact.

As the face and heartbeat of the property you will create a welcoming environment guide your team and deliver results that drive resident satisfaction operational success and ownership goals. You will act as strategist coach problem solver and motivator while cultivating a culture where both residents and team members thrive.

You will welcome prospective residents warmly lead engaging tours and highlight what makes the community unique while showcasing amenities and services with a hospitality-first mindset. You will build lasting relationships through proactive communication responsive service and creative engagement initiatives developing renewal strategies that make residents excited to stay.

You will conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure curb appeal cleanliness and overall presentation exceed expectations monitoring model units common spaces and amenities for readiness and maintenance needs. You will partner with maintenance teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless move-ins quick service requests and well-maintained spaces while supporting team success through open communication and shared goals.

You will manage budgets track expenses and implement business plans to achieve occupancy and financial targets monitoring local rental market trends to inform pricing strategies marketing initiatives and competitive positioning. You will coach and mentor your leasing team to deliver exceptional service meet performance benchmarks and embody community values while fostering a positive solution-focused workplace culture.

Requirements
  • 4 years of property management experience (multifamily strongly preferred)
  • Active real estate license (or ability to obtain)
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A calm confident presence and genuine care for people
