Automotive Service Manager Mundelein IL
Mundelein Tire & Service a trusted full-service auto repair shop serving the Mundelein community and surrounding areas is looking for a solid Automotive Service Manager with a great attitude and strong leadership skills.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $55000 $68000
- Incentives: Monthly & Quarterly Performance Bonuses

What Youll Do
- Lead and manage all aspects of shop operations
- Sell repairs and services to customers to help meet sales goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust
- Coach train and develop team members
- Manage shop performance including P&L and key metrics
- Ensure a clean safe and productive work environment
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of automotive shop management experience
- 1 year in a service advisor or sales role
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license with a clean MVR
- Proven leadership and performance management experience
- Strong problem-solving and financial analysis skills
- A self-aware servant leader who leads by example
