Work Hours:Full Time Days 40 hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Position Responsibilities:
Ensures efficient and effective workflow as well as a high level of customer service. 20%
Conducts and oversees quality assurance and quality control. 15%
Conducts and oversees lab testing analysis and interpretation of lab results. 15%
Addresses investigates and resolves issues pertaining to staff patients and lab. 15%
Supervises lab staff on a daily basis including HR responsibility for performance management salary administration. 15%
Ensures proper training of staff. 15%
Performs other duties as assigned. 5%
