You will together with your colleagues provide reactive phone email and chat support services with emphasis on troubleshooting and efficient issue resolution to our small and medium businesses clients. Relocation support available!
Languages: Native/fluent Dutch and English (C1-C2 level)
Citizenship/Work Permit: Holder of EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit for Portugal.
Experience: 13 years in customer support helpdesk or call center environment (preferred)
Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g. Zendesk Salesforce) MS Office live chat tools
Availability: Willing to work in rotating shifts including weekends and holidays if required.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Dutch and English
Resolve product/service questions billing issues and technical concerns
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
