Publitek serves clients globally from its offices in Bath Luton and London in the United Kingdom Hamburg in Germany Portland Oregon in North America and Tokyo in Japan.
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Portland Oregon. This is a key role within our operations reporting to our VP of Client Services and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless execution of creative content and marketing projects across multiple clients and time zones.
Your success will be marked by your ability to create a well-oiled highly collaborative team environment within the fast-paced world of integrated marketing.
Partner with Creative and Client Services teams to define project schedules and timelines.
Review project scopes and assign content and creative resources accordingly.
Manage project timelines and calendars in Asana with precision and efficiency.
Oversee the flow of creative production from concept to completion ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.
Act as the primary liaison between Client Services Creative and Content teams ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Enforce QA processes to ensure all deliverables are error-free and comply with client brand guidelines legal requirements and project specifications.
Manage vendor relationships invoicing and the purchase order process.
Establish and maintain best practices tools and workflows to optimise project execution.
Support team members in adopting and using established processes and tools effectively.
At least 3 years of project management experience in an agency PR firm or creative/marketing organization.
A 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with creative work and strategy with an understanding of their impact on production and timelines.
Experience using PowerPoint and Google Slides; and project management tools such as Asana
Familiarity with Adobe Suite and web development tools.
A base salary of up to $75000 gross per year depending on experience
