Provide hands-on technical support for production operations and lead the maintenance team in day-to-day activities.
Develop implement and oversee a robust preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Leverage internal expertise and vendor support to ensure the maintenance team is equipped to troubleshoot repair and maintain equipment effectively.
Actively contribute to plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
Supervise the maintenance team manage budgets and coordinate with vendors and contractors to support safety quality cost and production goals.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) daily to identify issues and drive timely corrective and preventive actions.
Enforce strict compliance with all safety quality and regulatory standards within the maintenance department.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to plan and execute capital expenditure (CapEx) projects.
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a food and/or beverage manufacturing environment.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
Associate degree or certification in industrial maintenance electrical systems engineering or automation required; Bachelor s degree in Engineering preferred.
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
Proficient in reading blueprints CAD drawings and electrical schematics.
Solid understanding of GMP food safety and regulatory compliance.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to work in both office and manufacturing settings with flexibility for occasional shifts or weekend coverage.
Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs.
