- Shift: 12 HR Nights 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Compensation: Based on experience
Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and prioritize care needs.
- Develop implement and continually evaluate individualized care plans.
- Recognize changes in patient conditions and respond appropriately.
- Coordinate patient travel and transition care when necessary.
- Provide education to patients families and staff to promote health and prevent complications.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and the community to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate and follow up on nursing tasks with attention to detail.
- Use clinical judgment and critical thinking to resolve patient care issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
- Adhere to nursing laws hospital policies and ethical standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism empathy and therapeutic communication at all times.

Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
- Current and active RN license in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Previous CVICU or ICU experience.
