Job Description
- Location: Irving TX 75061
- Shift: 12 HR Days 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Compensation: Based on experience
- Assist with interventional radiology procedures including pre- intra- and post-procedure care
- Monitor patient vital signs sedation levels and overall condition during procedures
- Administer medications and contrast agents as ordered
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and procedures
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures recovery and follow-up care
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols infection control and radiology regulations
- Experience:
- Must have 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology (IR)
- Willing to train candidates with 3 5 years of solid ICU or ER experience
- Education:
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
- Licenses/Certifications (Required):
- RN-Registered Nurse (Texas state license)
- BLS-Basic Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
