RN - Med Surg | Permanent Role

• Location: Grapevine TX 76051
• Shift: 12 HR Nights 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Compensation: Based on experience

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments identifying and prioritizing patient and family needs.
• Develop implement and evaluate individualized care plans to ensure desired health outcomes.
• Modify care strategies as necessary based on patient progress and changing needs.
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families maintaining professionalism and compassion.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to coordinate and deliver effective care.
• Educate patients families and fellow staff members on health conditions treatments and preventive care.
• Accurately document patient education and learning needs; reassess regularly.
• Delegate nursing tasks appropriately and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prioritize safety quality and efficiency in all aspects of patient care.
• Support and mentor peers and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
• BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not already certified).
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a Med Surg or similar acute care setting.
