Tasks
- Process and manage all vendor invoices and ensure timely payments while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Reconcile account statements and resolve any discrepancies with vendors to maintain strong business relationships.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports related to accounts payable activities.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for managing accounts payable to enhance accuracy and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all accounts payable operations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
