Job Description
Tasks
- Lead the design and development of user experience strategies that align with Develuxs software products and services.
- Collaborate closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback ensuring that UX designs meet the needs and expectations of end-users.
- Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools while maintaining Develuxs brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior UX designers fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the design team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX design preferably within the software development industry.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centered designs and innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
