melu kids is the leading seller on Amazon in Europe specializing in personalized name labels for kids. With a dedicated team of 6 core members and an in-house production team of about 10 people we have rapidly grown to become the number one player in the personalized label market. We are looking for a motivated working student who is excited to dive into the dynamic world of e-commerce and help shape the future of melu kids. Tasks
Your Responsibilities:
- Amazon Operations: Support the Amazon team in day-to-day operations and gain hands-on experience in the strategic and operational management of our Amazon brand.
- Product Listings: Assist in uploading and maintaining product listings including images A content and product videos.
- Market Monitoring: Help track product listings monitor competitor activity and pricing changes and contribute to reporting tasks.
- Campaign Management: Support the optimization of Amazon PPC campaigns and SEO strategies to improve visibility and performance.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain structured reports and dashboards (e.g. in Excel or Google Sheets) to monitor performance metrics and support decision-making.
- Process Documentation & Automation: Contribute to documenting standard operating procedures and streamlining recurring tasks through automation or tool improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in a relevant field (e.g. Business Marketing Economics or a related discipline).
- Language Skills: Professional-level proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g. German Spanish or French) are a plus.
- Work Authorization & Location: The candidate must be able to work in Berlin and be available for on-site collaboration if required.
- Interest in E-Commerce: Strong enthusiasm for e-commerce startups and brand building.
- Excel & Data Skills: Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel; confident working with data and basic reporting.
- Mindset & Communication: Entrepreneurial reliable and transparent communicator with a hands-on mentality.
- Independence & Ownership: Proactive self-driven working style with a desire to take ownership and contribute actively.
- Learning & Development: Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment and take on real responsibility.
