Job Description
Role: Mid-Level SNOW Developer
Location: Charlotte NC or Chandler AZ or Irving TX (3x a week onsite)
Duration: 2 year contract
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development integrations and CMDB/CSDM implementation. This role will be instrumental in driving CMDB maturity supporting cross-functional integrations and contributing to the evolution of our ServiceNow ecosystem.
Day to Day:
- Develop and maintain custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
- Enhance and maintain the CMDB ensuring alignment with CSDM standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SACM and SPM initiatives
- Participate in CMDB maturity projects including data modeling and governance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and platform updates
Top Requirements:

- 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Proficient in:
- APIs and Integrations
- Scoped Applications
- JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting
- Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies
- Service Requests and Catalog Items
- CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery
- Strong understanding and practical experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
- Experience with program/project-level CMDB maturity initiatives
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
