Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify develop and close sales opportunities for IT Infrastructure (Hardware) Data Center Solutions and System Integration
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
Generate new business opportunities through direct sales enterprise sales and account management
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market penetration
2. Client Relationship & Account Management
Engage with key decision-makers C-level executives and IT heads to drive enterprise sales
Develop long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Work closely with clients to understand their technical and business needs offering customized solutions
Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality post-sales support
3. Market Analysis & Strategy
Conduct market research to identify industry trends competitor activities and emerging business opportunities
Develop insights on customer pain points and offer tailored IT Infrastructure & Data Center solutions
Work with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies
4. Deal Creation & Negotiation
Prepare compelling sales proposals presentations and RFPs to win high-value deals
Negotiate contracts and pricing with enterprise clients while ensuring profitability
Collaborate with internal teams (technical operations finance) to align solutions with customer requirements
5. Collaboration & Reporting
Work cross-functionally with pre-sales technical and service teams to ensure seamless project
Maintain accurate sales forecasts reports and CRM updates
Regularly track sales performance and contribute to strategic decision-making
Must-Have Skills:
5 years experience in selling IT Infrastructures (Hardware)
Experience in Data Center Solutions
Experience in System Integration solutions
Experience in Direct sales or Account Management
Enterprise Sales Experience
