Significant HRBP or HR Manager experience in a professional services or matrixed global environment. Law firm experience highly advantageous. A strategic mindset with the ability to drive operational excellence Strong commercial acumen and confident stakeholder management skills Experience across ER, OD, talent development, inclusion and workforce planning Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent
